3. ELIGIBILITY AND REGISTRATION

4. COACHING SERVICES DISCLAIMER

IMPORTANT: Our coaching services are for educational and motivational purposes only. They are NOT:

• Mental health counseling

• A substitute for professional medical or psychological care

• Emergency services

You acknowledge that:

• You are participating voluntarily and at your own risk

• You will seek appropriate medical or mental health care when needed

• You will not rely solely on coaching for serious mental health conditions

• Results are not guaranteed and vary by individual

5. PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICY

Payment Terms:

• All fees must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing

• Subscription services are billed automatically on the renewal date

• Failed payments may result in service suspension

• You are responsible for all applicable taxes

Refund Policy:

• Coaching Services: No refunds after the first session, except in extraordinary circumstances

• Digital Products: No refunds on downloaded or accessed digital content

• Group Programs: Refunds available within 7 days of purchase if no content has been accessed

• Subscription Services: Cancel anytime; no refunds for current billing period

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Our Content:

• All content, materials, methodologies, and resources are owned by Souls On Fire LLC

• You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use materials for personal use only

• You may NOT reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission

• Violation of intellectual property rights may result in immediate termination

Your Content:

• You retain ownership of content you provide during coaching sessions

• You grant us permission to use anonymized examples and testimonials

• We will obtain explicit consent before using any identifiable information

7. USER CONDUCT AND RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree NOT to:

• Use Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

• Harass, threaten, or harm others in any way

• Share login credentials or allow unauthorized access

• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with our systems

• Post or transmit inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

• WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR RESULTS, OUTCOMES, OR DECISIONS MADE BASED ON OUR SERVICES

11. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold Souls On Fire LLC harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of our Services

• Your violation of these Terms

• Your violation of any third-party rights

• Any content you provide or actions you take

12. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

• Changes will be posted on our website with the "Last Updated" date

• Continued use of Services constitutes acceptance of modified Terms
