I. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Soul Ops mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). The App is owned and operated by Souls On Fire LLC. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

II. Description of Service

Soul Ops is a personal transformation application that provides guided self-development programs, journaling tools, breathing exercises, emotional tracking, and related wellness features.

The App is designed as a self-guided personal growth tool and is not a substitute for professional therapy, counseling, medical advice, or psychiatric treatment.

III. Mental Health Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: Soul Ops is an educational and personal development tool. It is not a medical device, therapeutic service, or mental health treatment. The content provided through the App, including but not limited to exercises, journaling prompts, breathing techniques, and guided programs, does not constitute medical advice, psychological counseling, or therapy of any kind.

By using Soul Ops, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily engaging in self-guided personal development activities and assume full responsibility for your own wellbeing. You agree that Souls On Fire LLC and its owners, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any outcomes resulting from your use of the App.

IV. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

V. Purchases, Subscriptions, and Payments

Soul Ops offers both one-time purchases and subscription-based access to premium content. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store (the "Platform") and are subject to the Platform's terms and conditions.

Certain content, such as the 12-week Campaign program, may be available as a one-time purchase. Once purchased, this content remains accessible to you indefinitely, subject to continued availability of the App.

Subscription plans provide ongoing access to additional features, content, and program replays. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You may manage or cancel your subscription through your Platform account settings.

Refund requests are handled by the respective Platform (Apple or Google) in accordance with their refund policies. Souls On Fire LLC does not directly process refunds.

Soul Ops Unlimited is an auto-renewing subscription.

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.

VI. License to Use

Subject to these Terms, Souls On Fire LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or reverse engineer any part of the App or its content.

VII. Your Content and Data

You retain ownership of all content you create within the App, including journal entries, reflections, goals, and any other personal input (collectively, "User Content"). All User Content is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to or accessible by Souls On Fire LLC unless you explicitly choose to export or share it.

You are solely responsible for backing up your User Content. Souls On Fire LLC is not responsible for any loss of data resulting from device failure, app deletion, or any other cause.

VIII. Intellectual Property

All content within the App, including but not limited to program materials, exercise prompts, written content, graphics, animations, sounds, and the App's design and code, is the intellectual property of Souls On Fire LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any App content without prior written consent.

IX. Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to:

• Do not use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its systems
• Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App
• Do not use the App to harass, abuse, or harm another person
• Do not share, resell, or redistribute premium content or your account access
• Do not use automated systems or bots to interact with the App

X. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

In no event shall the total liability of Souls On Fire LLC exceed the amount you have paid to Souls On Fire LLC in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Souls On Fire LLC and its owners, officers, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

• Your use of the App
• Your User Content
• Your violation of these Terms

XIII. Termination

Souls On Fire LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your license to use the App is immediately revoked.

Sections III, VIII, X, XI, XII, and XIV shall survive termination.

XIV. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Colorado, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

XV. Changes to These Terms

Souls On Fire LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or via other reasonable means. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
